Width: Single chair: 38-inches wide overall.

Width: Double chair: 66-inches wide overall.
(7" ARM+24" SEAT+4"FLIP ARM+ 24"SEAT+7"ARM)
Depth: 35-inches. The seat bottom is fixed. (In the down position. It does not go up and down).
If this chair is to be installed in front of a back wall, please allow 5-inches of clearance between the back of the chair and the wall.
Note: DOUBLES HAVE FLIP UP CENTER ARM!
Plan on putting these chairs in rows, behind one another? THEN THE RECOMMENDED BACK TO BACK SPACING IS 5-FEET. Yep, these chairs are big and comfy!
By-the-way, the fellow sittin in thechair is 6-foot tall, just to give you an idea of the size of this chair.

They are LOUNGER ROCKERS! Which means the back of the chair rocks back and forth.
The armrests have cup holders, and they have matching fabric covered, padding.
If you get a Double then the CENTER armrests are also LIFT-UP, so... with 2 seats together when you lift up the center armrest, the seats become like a love seat.
The fabric is a commercial VELOUR. It is red with gold accents. (see pictures).
The rear of the back (what you see when you are standing behind the chair) is real hardwood. Classy.
