Q: Do the seats or backs rock on these? Thanks!
A: These chairs are fixed back. The seats bottom cushion flips up and out of the way when it's not in use of course, but the chairs are fixed, not rockers. In other words the chairs back does not move. Now with that all being said, here is an interesting fact: While you are assembling this chair, while you are putting it together, you can choose what angle you want the chairs back to be at.
